The Menzies Research Institute has successfully conducted a trial of Blueberry Boost Tea for anti-diabetic properties. The outcome of the animal trial were so conclusive that the researchers have since conducted human trialling of the tea for anti-diabetic properties.

The animal trial involved rats and standard fasting/blood sugar testing. The result was a clear restoration of insulin tolerance in the animals who were drinking the tea compared to the control animals. The published paper can be found by clicking on the following link. Animal trial paper
